We operate local fulfilment centres across Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States, enabling fast and cost-effective delivery to customers in those countries. For all other international destinations, we ship directly with tracked international courier services.

For countries outside our primary markets, orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
Orders placed before 2pm local time on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next available business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and chosen shipping speed. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the applicable threshold is displayed at checkout in your local store. Express and expedited shipping options are available at additional cost for customers who need their order faster.
All Fluffee orders include full parcel tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. If your tracking has not updated after three business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Fluffee purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We want every customer to be genuinely delighted with their purchase.

We will provide you with a returns reference number and instructions for sending the item back. Do not return items without first contacting us, as unannounced returns may not be processed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please photograph the item and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]. In most cases, we will arrange a free replacement or refund without requiring you to return the damaged item. We resolve these situations as quickly as possible as our absolute priority.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us at [email protected]. We will advise on product availability and arrange the exchange. Depending on the item and your location, we may ask you to return the original item before dispatching the replacement, or we may dispatch the replacement immediately at our discretion.
